What to verify

The health audit follows a bounded set of same-origin HTML links and reports page failures. A migration or large site needs a complete URL inventory and controlled crawler.

1. Fix links that end in 4xx/5xx responses.
2. Remove unnecessary redirect hops and loops.
3. Redirect only to a genuinely equivalent destination.
4. Keep canonical and sitemap URLs on the final preferred host.
