How TechTenstein handles website enquiries.
TechTenstein Services Private Limited (CIN U62091AP2024PTC113767), India, operates this website. This notice explains the limited personal data used by the current site and how to contact us about it.
Information you choose to provide
If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and message you send through that service. If the online project brief is enabled, it asks for your name, email, country, service, requirements and acknowledgement, with optional company, budget and timeline details. Constrained campaign labels, a timestamp and a random reference may also be recorded.
Free website tools
The website health audit receives the public URL you submit, requests that page, up to four same-origin HTML links discovered from it, and the same origin's robots and sitemap endpoints from TechTenstein's server. It shows a technical snapshot. The submitted URL and result remain in your short-lived first-party session and are not added to the public site or submitted to a search engine. The tool blocks private networks and uses a keyed hash of the connecting IP address for a short-lived abuse limit. The raw IP address is not stored by the application. Closed-choice planners store their temporary result in the same necessary session.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to review and reply to the request, discuss possible work, protect the form from abuse and keep the communication needed for a potential or active project. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing and does not create a contract.
Storage, providers and security
Accepted online briefs are stored in private server-side storage. Hosting, security, email and messaging providers may process technical or message data under their own terms. Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer records.
Private Website Operations pilot
If separately enabled for an authorised account, the private pilot can retain encrypted website labels, public URLs, reports, issue evidence, action notes and provider-property references. Expiring report links are bearer links: anyone who receives a valid unexpired link may use one of its limited views. Search or business-profile data is connected only through the relevant owner's provider authorisation. The private pilot is not currently offered through public sign-up.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry information only while it is reasonably needed to respond, evaluate or administer the relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. You may ask us to access, correct or delete enquiry information, withdraw a consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable law may allow or require us to retain some records. A specific private-pilot retention schedule must be agreed before real accounts are enabled.
Cookies and automated services
The current replacement uses only necessary session cookies for the private website planner, website audit and, when enabled, the project brief. It does not currently load advertising, cross-site tracking or third-party analytics scripts, and does not send project requirements to an AI provider. See the cookie notice.

Email privacy questions or requests to contact@techtenstein.com. We may need enough information to verify and locate the relevant enquiry before acting.
