Payments, cancellations and refunds.

This website does not take payment or sell an instant website, app, software package or marketing service. Sending a brief, email or WhatsApp message does not create a purchase.

Project-specific terms

Before paid work begins, the proposal or contract should state the fees, currency, taxes, milestones, third-party charges, cancellation rights and any conditions for a refund. Those signed terms control the project because custom work, accepted milestones and external provider costs may be treated differently.

Requesting a review

If you have an active agreement and believe a payment needs review, use the contact method named in that agreement or email contact@techtenstein.com with the project reference. Do not include card, banking or account passwords.
